Monashee Powder Snowcats takes bookings on a first come first served basis, with the exception that previous guests get priority on their returning dates for next season.

Many of our guests re-book immediately after their trip, so it can be difficult to find space for a large group, however we still have a few prime spots available. To avoid disappointment act now and reserve your powder ski holiday today.

Why is Monashee Powder so good?

It is in the Monashee Mountains - unsurpassed for its quantity and quality of snow. The Canadian Avalanche Association runs early season courses here because the snow is very reliable.

Lots of alpine - (great glades and tree skiing too). We are in the alpine or treeline zone about 75% of the time. We have 5 alpine ridge lines for great runs and fresh tracks each run.

Remote, high elevation lodge - offering spectacular views and one of the only cat operations with a 5 to 15 minute cat ride to the first run each morning.

Lots of terrain - 66 sq. kms (17,000 acres) so we rarely ask you to 'farm' the snow.

Our lead guiding staff - are all fully certified ACMG guides (Mark Stanley, Aaron Cooperman, Fridjon Thorlieffson and Joe Ronan)

Reasonable price - $450-700/day.

Gourmet food, professional masseuses and friendly staff

Full days of powder skiing - we even go on 'mountain time' in order to ensure about 8 hours of skiing each day.
